Richard B. Cheney, prominent public servant and a businessman is the vice-president. Cheney, a well-known face on the scene of Washington politics, worked with four presidents from the US. George W. Cheney is adamant in accepting his nomination as the Republican vice president that he would like to work with a presidential candidate who is willing to be a cross-partisan collaborator and work in a manner of respect and in a common goal. Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30th, 1941) was the son Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been wed to Richard Herbert Cheney for over 30 years. At 13 years old, he left the state of Nebraska. old, he emigrated with his family into Casper located in western part of Wyoming, where his father was the director of the local soil conservation district in the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
